Customer Service Response:

565 calls were made during July The questions asked focused on measurable

customer service actions.

Respondents were asked to rate the customer service provided by our medics on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the best 82.14% of the patients rated the customer service they received at a 5 and 12.14% rated their service at a 4. The average rating overall was 4.72 out of 5 for customer service.

The response we obtained from our customers is evidence of the great medics we have and the

tremendous job they do each and every day.

Patient Comments:

 “They were probably the nicest people that I've ever met. I was really a mess and they were very calming. They were excellent.”  “They were compassionate, understanding of my needs and they were patient. They helped me to get dressed and made sure my service dog was taken care of before they left and that really touched heart.”  “They were kind, asked questions and answered question like they were supposed to. They did every- thing right.”
